OUR GUARANTEE A Little Pillow Company stands behind its products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you need to contact us within 60 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED via email or phone. Non-refundable items include custom orders and shipping charges. SHIPPING INFORMATION All traditional size pillows and multiple pillow orders over 2 pounds are shipped via FedEx Ground. Smaller pillow and case orders are sent through the US Post Office. Most international orders are also shipped through the US Postal Service. Orders usually ship within 2 - 4 days. If a specific receiving date is required, please email or call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it. Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. A Little Pillow Company is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. PRIVACY POLICY A Little Pillow Company is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is used only to process and fulfill orders. Although we do need to collect your name, mailing address, email and billing information, we will not disclose your personal information to others under any circumstances.
