top-of-the-line product in polyester fibers! It is a soft fiber but far exceeds all other fiber-fills in support. What makes this possible is the fact that it is already clumped or matted into tiny clusters. This means it will never clump or matt again! You'll never end up with a worn-out solid mass of matted fill in your pillow. The pre- clumped nature of the fill also means that there is a 'mechanical spring' already built into each small pea-size coiled cluster that provides this fabulous support. - What is the pillow made of?
- Each hand-sewn pillow starts with a 100% pre-washed, pre-shrunk cotton casing and is then filled with a
hypoallergenic, machine-washable polyester cluster fiber.

- You get the most comfortable pillow out there! Our pillow has a 99.8% customer satisfaction rate. And, not just
any "satisfaction" either, but the thrilled kind. Just read some of the comments we've received from customers.
Secondly, you get a pillow made from the highest quality materials - over 90% of which are produced here in the
US. Each pillow is individually hand-crafted by local seamstresses. These are NOT cranked out in a factory but
lovingly custom-made by happy people who start work each day after a great night's sleep -- on one of their own
wonderful pillows, of course.
- You also get added attention to your comfort. Pillows are sent to you fresh and ready for immediate sleeping. All
of the fabric is pre-washed in perfume-free and dye-free detergent, heat dried then ironed before construction to
provide you with the cleanest pillow available. (Pre-washing removes the sizing and excess dyes that come
from newly milled fabric. Drying on high heat preshrinks so you won't have any size changes when you wash.)
No other company we know of will do this for you.
- How is it different from a feather, down or alternative (or micro) down pillow?
- Whereas down and alternative down pillows give you a quick "ahhhh" response as your head sinks into the
pillow, they just aren't able to give lasting support. Your head simply keeps on going to the mattress in most
cases. Our fill is soft AND supportive!
- How is it different from a foam or memory foam pillow?
- Although both of these pillows provide firm support, they can't adjust beyond that. Simply put, our pillow not only
provides support, but is also soft and huggable - meaning you can fold it, squeeze it and scrunch it to your
heart's content. Oh, and let's not forget it can be machine washed and dried.
- How do I wash the pillow?
- Nothing could be easier. Machine wash on a regular (warm or hot) cycle, then dry on medium to high heat.
NOTE: After washing, the pillow may come out of the dryer looking super puffy. A quick rolling, beating or
kneading will do the trick to return it to a milder state.
- You say the pillow needs a breaking-in period to become "perfect." What does that mean?
- It's similar to buying a new pair of jeans. You know that although they may fit fine when you buy them, they also
feel a bit stiff and need to be worn awhile before they REALLY feel great. The fibers simply need some use to
relax. Likewise, it may take 2 – 3 weeks for your pillow to break in and start conforming to your particular
sleeping habits. Sleeping on it without a case for the first few weeks can even help the fibers settle faster since
a case can restrict the free movement of the fill while it’s still new. .
- Will this pillow cure my neck-ache, back-ache, insomnia, snoring, allergies, etc.?
- Although we fully understand the great number of people out there who struggle with aches and pains
(especially at night) and are desperate for some miracle cure, the truth of the matter is that we just make a
comfortable pillow. That's all. We can't even begin to speculate how this pillow might effect your individual
discomforts. It wasn't designed to do or be anything more than the most comfy pillow possible. What we can
say is that it's soft, supportive, adaptable and extremely loved by many, many people. But there again, we don't
even expect to be loved by absolutely everyone in the world. The best we can do is offer you as much feedback
from customers so you can get a glimpse into their own experience. Do we get negative feedback and returns?
Of course, but in the past year, that has only happened twice. Once from someone who said it was just too puffy
for her and another who thought the quality was "poor" (although, since opening our doors almost 3 years ago,
she would be the first to say that).
- Why don't you offer king size pillows?
- After a long and arduous mulling, we decided to pull the king pillow simply because we were never all that happy
with it due to its size. It's just too big -- and bigger is not always better. We felt that its super-sized size made it
too unwieldy to 'work' with in the night. The industry dictates a king pillow be a full yard long (6" longer than a
queen) and to get it supportive enough for comfort required so much fill that, in our opinion, the pillow came out
a bit too bulky and therefore never felt as comfortable as the standard or queen. Now for those of you concerned
that queens won't fit as well on a king size bed, we have had plenty of confirmations from happy customers that
they work just fine!
- Your guarantee states that you will accept returns within 60 days if unhappy with the pillow. Do you resell
these pillows?
- No. We do not, nor will not, resell any used pillow.
