| Dear Pillow Shoppers, Welcome to A Little Pillow Company! We are a small family-owned and -operated business that just happens to make the most comfortable pillows out there, and here in the USA. How we stumbled on this magnificent gem of a pillow can be found on our Why this pillow page. Here, however, I want to tell you more about who we are and our philosophy of doing business. For starters, I want you to know that when you shop with us, you are protected! With so many opportunists out in the world after our personal information (to use for ill or otherwise), it truly is our top-priority to treat you just as we would like to be treated: with the utmost respect and privacy! We safe-guard ALL private information. When you order online, we use PayPal, which means your credit card information never comes to us. If you choose to place your order with us over the phone, we use a Top Rated Merchant Bank and NEVER keep your credit card information longer than it takes to process (less than 24 hours), at which point it is utterly annihilated. We also NEVER give customer email addresses to anyone other than the carrier we use to ship your orders, and that strictly for tracking purposes only. To date, we have never even sent a bulk email with sales, promotions or other marketing information. Despite the fact that all Marketing Advice says "Do this to increase your sales", since we personally hate getting junk email, we can't justify turning around and doing it to others. Should you want to know what's new with us, our best suggestion is to bookmark us and check back on occasion. For those of you who REALLY want to keep up with new fabrics, sales, or other changes, you are welcome to pop us an email asking to be notified and we'll put you on a list to do that. Don't expect anything fancy or shiny in the email format though. We'd rather not waste our time on fluffy email glitz. Basic info is all you'll get. Which leads me to the look of our website. Being a "youngish" person who is fairly up-to-speed in what's New and Fancy in the world of web design and shopping carts, I have purposefully chosen NOT to keep up with the madding crowd in this respect. Why? It's simply too exhausting and costly. Having a more simplified, perhaps even old-fashioned site means that I can devote my time to keeping costs down and product quality high for our customers. As the name says, A Little Pillow Company is a "little" business, but only as far as size goes. We are BIG in customer service, attention to detail and providing the world with the most comfortable pillow possible. |

I also believe that work is meant to support Life in a good way; not be the reason for life. I love the work I do but
have no desire to become a Monster Company that is always on the fast-track for more money and more work.
(We're nice to ourselves at A Little Pillow Company and actually enjoy going to work each day.) The
Bigger-is-Better mindset is just not my style. It's not our style.
This might mean though that sometimes you may have to leave a message if you catch us in the middle of pillow
manufacturing or taking kids to the dentist. Choosing to stay small means we have to rotate our priorities
throughout the day and week. But rest assured, we are not ignoring you like large blockbuster companies can.
You will hear from us usually within 24 hours. All customers receive all the personal attention they require! If
