The invisible zipper on one end allows you to add or remove any amount of fill to customize it perfectly to your needs. This feature opens the door to untold years of use from the same pillow with topping-up becoming the new norm vs throwing away and starting over: a value both you and our environment will appreciate.

Our fill is a deliciously comfy fiber that creates a beautifully soft and supportive pillow. The fiber has been mechanically clustered into a loose fill made of small springy "balls" which allows you to adjust the amount, perfectly customizing your pillow.

It is a certified eco-friendly material made from BPA-free recycled plastic water bottles. We love that it is sequestering these single-use products in a usable, continuously recyclable form, instead of ending up in our landfills and waterways.

The fabric we use for each pillow is 100% plant-based, made from USDA Certified Organic Texas-grown cotton. It's processed without any scouring agents, bleaches, dyes, or colorants maintaining its natural color and plant-wax coating that helps prolong the life of the fiber.

Using any detergent, machine wash on cold. No need to wash on warm or hot. Modern detergents work equally, if not better, on cold. Machine dry on a low or medium setting. For faster results, add a couple of dryer balls to loosen the fill and dry more evenly.

Once out of the dryer, reshape the pillow by grabbing two corners and vigorously thumping it; repeat with the opposite corners. Roll or knead to finish the fluffing and reshaping.

All of our products are made-to-order and usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. Estimated carrier shipping times listed at checkout are in addition to that. If you need your order sooner, please make a note at checkout or email us and we will be glad to move you to the head of the queue.

Exchanges are treated as returns/refunds and then a reorder of the new items.

You may exchange or return an item within 90 days, with prior notification. Once an item is received, any refund expected will be issued within 1 - 2 business days.

We cover return shipping charges if you paid for outbound shipping. If the order originally received free shipping, then return shipping is your responsibility. Another way of putting it: we will pay one way and you the other. (*Excludes international orders.)
